The Authentic Journey of Cafe Amadeo Development Cooperative (CADC)

Our Story

With roots tracing back to the cherished "PAHIMIS" (Thanksgiving Coffee Festival), CADC symbolizes a revival. It began with 20 members, including coffee enthusiasts, traders, and farmers, united by their commitment to the art of coffee. Today, CADC's legacy reaches beyond the cup. Crafting specialty blends from Robusta, Arabica, Liberica, and Excelsa green beans, it's a conduit for authentic flavors and revived livelihoods. This cooperative journey elevates the spirit of Amadeo, weaving tradition, livelihoods, and pride into every brew.

To be the Country’s leading Cooperative that produces and distributes quality coffee.

OUR MISSION:

To promote and empower the cooperative by improving the socio-economic well-being of its members and developing good business relationships with the coffee industry.

Our Services

Key Services & Operations

Coffee Bean Trading & Processing

They operate coffee processing facilities (roasting, grinding, packaging). For example, through a sub-project they upgraded their roasting capacity from 10-20 kg/hour to 60-120 kg/hour.

Marketing, Distribution & Retail

They maintain market outlets (in Cavite and nearby areas) and participate in fairs/expositions to promote their products.

Member Services & Farmer Support

CADC provides benefits to its members (farmers and non-farmers) such as patronage funds, discounted products, and loan services.

Capacity Building & Facility Sharing

They have a shared-service facility (SSF) for roasting, grinding, and other coffee processing services for members and other enterprises.

10% DISCOUNT

Members are entitled to a 10% discount on all Café Amadeo coffee bean products as part of their membership privileges.
